Welcome to the user guide for Nuada.CFD!

Nuada.CFD brings you Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) directly in Rhino! Developed by CORE studio this environment allows you to set up a CFD simulation with ease, in just a few simple steps, straight from your Rhino geometry. It is specifically geared towards outdoor flow of wind between buildings, focusing on Pedestrian Wind Comfort, Structural Loading and Facade Pressures. In the future we will add more functionality, such as Indoor Ventilation Studies and more.

The Nuada.CFD app lives inside Rhino, and utilises the cloud platform SimScale with their novel Lattice Boltzmann Method (LBM) solver PaceFish to perform the simulations. Visualisation of the results are easily loaded directly back into your Rhino models!

Nuada.CFD as well as this documentation is actively under development. Therefore, it might be that this documentation doesn't reflect the latest version yet. Our apologies if that happens, but please let us know if you have any questions or comments here!
