Saved States
Snapshots of an App's Inputs and Outputs that can be reloaded in any client, and shared with other users.
Saved States is Swarm's way of saving and sharing the data generated in an App.
Use Saved States to:
Save an iteration within an App. The Saved State records all of the Input and Output values - including the geometry - in our database, so you can recall it later without re-computing.
Start designing in one client, keep iterating in others. For example, you can create a Saved State in the Rhino Client at your desk, load it in the Web Viewer, and create and save new iterations on the road.
Collaborate with other Swarm users. Share a Saved State with your project team so they can branch off of your great work!
Saved States are very new! If you notice any bugginess or have any suggestions to make this better, please let us know!
