Run Swarm Apps in the Web Browser

Clicking the Play Button on the App Page will take you to the Web Viewer. It allows users to run Swarm Apps in the web browser. Any iteration created in the Web Viewer can be saved and loaded in any of the other Swarm Clients using Saved States.

Web Viewer structure

App Parameters panel:
- Name of the App. Clicking on the name will take you back to the App Page
- Inputs - displays all the inputs for the App. If the App requires a geometry to be referenced, it will be loaded from the default saved state, all other types of input parameters can be modified directly in this panel.
- Outputs - displays all the outputs for the App.
- Progress Bar - displays the progress when running the app
- Live Solve Mode (on by default) - the app will run every time any of the input parameters is changed
- Play Button - click to run the App when the Live Solve Model s turned off
- Snapshots Menu
  - Saved States - access the saved states menu. Save a current iteration or load a previously saved state from the table
  - Download .3dm file of the current iteration
Elements Attributes - click on any element in the viewport to access its attributes:
- Sort the values by Name or Value
- Click on an attribute to color all the elements with the same attribute by its value.
Visualization options - click on the menu icon on the top right of the viewer to access the panel:
- Layers - displays all the layers existing in the app. Every geometry input and output gets its own layer
  - drag a layer slider to adjust transparency of the elements in the viewer
  - click the EYE icon to turn the layer on/off
  - click the LOCK icon to lock/unlock the layer to disable selection of elements
- Views - provides a list of views that help navigating the model
- Color by Attribute - allows to color the elements by a chosen attribute. Select a color and an attribute from a dropdown menu
- Clear - clear all the Color by settings
Navigation:
- Click on an element and click zoom selected to zoom in on it
- Click on zoom extents to see the full model
