The Ordinal Bars widget is a horizontal bar chart grouped by category. In this case the y axis is grouped by platform and the x axis is grouped by usages as showed by the labels at upper right corner.
Group by data columns, sum by data columns that contains numbers
Show value below axis
Display groups along y axis which doesn't contain any data
