Download Plugins

The option to Download Plugins will become available after you've been approved by the Mirar admin team. Please see Create an Account for details.

1. Log in to your account, click on the drop down menu in the top right corner and click on Download Plugins button:

2. Choose a plugin you wish to download:

Revit

1. Firstly, the files and assemblies included in this zip file need to be unblocked. This process is described in step 2 and is easiest if applied on the Mirar.Revit.Plugin.zip file itself

2. Right click on the Mirar.Revit.Plugin.zip and choose “Properties”

3. Go to the “General” tab. If the dialog there allows you to “Unblock”, then press this button and then select “Apply” (see figure 1). If the dialog does not display the “Unblock” option, that means it is already unblocked and you can proceed to step 3

4. Unzip the Mirar.Revit.Plugin.zip file

5. Close down all running instances of Revit and place the unzipped folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\. Exchange USERNAME to your login). The name of the version should match to addins folder

6. Open up Revit. Mirar should now be visible under the “Mirar” tab

7. Have fun!

Grasshopper

1. Firstly, the files and assemblies included in this zip file need to be unblocked. This process is described in step 2 and is easiest if applied on the Mirar.Grasshopper.Plugin.zip file itself.

2. Right click on the Mirar.Grasshopper.Plugin.zip and choose “Properties”

3. Go to the “General” tab. If the dialog there allows you to “Unblock”, then press this button and then select “Apply” (see figure 1). If the dialog does not display the “Unblock” option, that means it is already unblocked and you can proceed to step 3.

4. Unzip the Mirar.Grasshopper.Plugin.zip

5. Close down all running instances of Rhino and place the unzipped folder in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries. Exchange USERNAME to your login).

6. Open up Rhino and Grasshopper. Mirar should now be visible under the “Mirar” tab.
