The Model and Layer settings let you control which Models are displayed in the Model Viewer and well as the Layer Visibility.
Models can be selected from the top most dropdown below the model name.
If the Viewer Option "Overlay Models" is turned on, then you have an option to overlay several models in your projects by clicking the blue (+) button.
Object visibility can be controlled through Layers and can either be toggled on/ off or locked, the transparency can be adjusted with the slider. Layers are set with the Desktop Clients.
The Views drop down lists standard Cartesian views, Top, Left, etc. and a default 3D View. Additionally, any custom views that are created will be listed as well. More about how to create views can be found in the Shared Views page.
The Color by Attribute panel lets you type the name of an attribute assigned to the object models, select a gradient to color by, and click calculate to visualize. More on finding parameter names and alternate methods to color are described in the Properties & Attributes page.
Models can be clipped (cropped) in 3D by either a world based Cartesian Plane (that can also be rotated) or a Box with a range slider. Both clipping methods are automatically scaled to the extent of the model.
